Atea, the Nordics' largest IT supplier, was involved in an extensive crisis case with great national attention in the summer of 2015.
A complicated case involving many parties, the aim of Morsing’s crisis communication was to ensure the facts in the information stream and maintain confidence in Atea in the market.

As Atea's closest communication advisors, we managed all their press strategies 24/7 during the course of the crisis. Establishing a 'war room' in the intense first handful of weeks, we held press conferences and prepared key documents for customers and business partners alike.

Atea, der bl.a. leverer digitale sundhedsløsninger til kommuner og regioner, ønskede at markere sig tydeligere på dette område, herunder skabe debat om teknologi vs. varme hænder (der fint kan gå hånd i hånd).
Atea, which provides digital health solutions for municipalities and regions among other things, wished to position themselves further in this area, including creating a debate about technology vs. warm hands (that can easily go hand in hand).

In order to create Atea a platform for getting out their key messaging and knowhow, we conducted a YouGov survey on Danes' views on health technology. In addition, we focused Atea's messages so that they came off as less commercial and more about solving societal challenges in the healthcare field with the help of technology.

We landed debate articles in Politiken and Altinget.
News about the study as well as about Atea's ambitions to grow in the health technology market were brought in a number of tier 1 media.
On top of that, we secured a debate at Folkemødet on the challenges and opportunities within telemedicine and other health technologies.
